FocusBee Terms of Service

Effective date: February 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FocusBee ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. FocusBee is developed and published by Goldenmonstew ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

FocusBee is a focus timer and habit tracker for iOS that helps users maintain productivity through timed focus sessions, habit tracking, streaks, and statistics. All data processing and storage happens entirely on-device. The App requires iOS 17 or later.

3. Subscription & Pricing

FocusBee offers premium features through auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Goldenmonstew does not have access to your payment or billing information.

4. Free Trial

FocusBee offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. You may cancel the trial at any time through your App Store account settings.

5. Refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Goldenmonstew does not process payments or issue refunds directly. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. User Responsibilities

When using FocusBee, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of focus timing and habit tracking
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Understand that the App is a productivity tool and not a substitute for professional advice

7. Data & Content

All focus session data, habit records, and statistics are stored locally on your device. FocusBee does not back up your data to any cloud service. If you delete the app, all your data will be permanently lost. It is your responsibility to be aware that uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.

8. Intellectual Property

FocusBee and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Goldenmonstew and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FocusBee is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Goldenmonstew does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The App is not intended to be a medical or health device, and no health-related claims are made.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goldenmonstew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use FocusBee. In no event shall Goldenmonstew's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of FocusBee after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
